Recruitment

Recruitment in UFSL is need based. We induct fresh Engineering graduates & post graduates and Management post graduates from reputed premier Institutes/ colleges through campus recruitment .Selection is normally based on written test, group discussion and personal interviews.

Recruitment at Lateral level is purely based on the requirements. Only merit is considered; evaluated against the required levels of the position for final selection.
