High Pressure Die Casting
UCAL fuel system has over 20 years of experience in high pressure and
vacuum die casting for both aluminum and zinc. With our state of art
facilities at Maraimalai Nagar and Pondicherry, we have developed in
house capabilities in handling multiple alloys. With in depth
understanding of our customer needs we provide the best solution in
terms of processes and technology.
We have both hot and cold chamber die casting machines which range
from 185 tonnes to 900 tonnes locking force capacity.
All the plants have been certified with ISO/TS16949 and ensure quality
to all our customers. We cater to top OEMs for two and four wheelers
automotive products in both national and international market.
